Our massage treatment is designed to reach the deeper sub-layers of the muscle for pain relief and improved mobility using soft tissue manipulation and assisted stretching. The pressure applied is adjusted to each clients comfort levels.

 

Initial sessions include a compulsory full body assessment, so please arrive 10 minutes early.

Late arrival will result in your session being cut short so not to inconvenience our following clients.

 

At the time of booking, a deposit is taken to secure your appointment.
